Our homepage has a texting widget, and the same number (415-429-0035) is posted in our stores. Texting is provided by OwnerListens, Inc. d/b/a IMpower Solutions. The widget loads when you open our homepage, so IMpower receives basic browser and page details (such as your IP address and the page address) even if you don't send anything. If you send us a message, IMpower handles your message and your phone number or email to deliver it, sharing them with phone carriers and other messaging providers as needed. IMpower keeps message logs for a limited time and keeps opt-out (STOP) numbers permanently. LOYALTY APP

We have a loyalty app available on the Apple and Android/Google app stores. This service is provided by a third-party provider called Loyalty-Apps. Their privacy statement is here https://easybreezy.loyaltyapps.co.uk/privacy-policy They can be contacted at hello@loyalty-apps.com . We operate the Easy Breezy Loyalty App, which provides rewards and promotional prizes to enrolled participants. To run this program, we collect and process your name, contact information, purchase history, and device identifiers. We do not collect or track your geo-location.

• Value of Consumer Data: The material value of the data we collect is reasonably correlated to the operational expenses associated with administering the rewards program and providing tailored discounts.
• How to Opt In or Withdraw: You opt into the financial incentive by downloading the app and creating a rewards account. You may withdraw from the program at any time by deleting your account through the application settings or by emailing hello@loyalty-apps.com

Security Measures

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, including:
